Step 1 - Step one
OK create a new document size 80 by 40. Color in the background 333333. No grab the rectengular tool, and make rectangle inside the document leaving one pixle open for stroke. Rasterzie the layer by going to layer/rasterize layer. Then go to layer/layer style/blending options/color overlway and follow the directions on the image.

Step 2 - Step two.
Ok now this is the next step. Your going to make a small rectenglel and lower its opacity to make it blend in with the button, see what I did.

Step 3 - step three
OK now make a smaller rectangle in that rectangle. Then make it have a gradient. Follow the image.

Step 4 - Step four
OK now your going to click on that green gradiented layer. GO to layer duplicate layer. Then go to layer/laye options/blending options/ Then take the stroke and gradient away. Click on color and give it a white color. Then go to blending options and make the opacity to about 30 40ish what ever fits you best. Then your going to use the eliptical marquee tool and cut out a shape to make it look flashy. Press backspace to cut. Then press ctrl d to take away the selection.


Step 5 - Step five.
OK now your going to repeate all those steps starting from step two. But this time make the bigger rectangle this is where the text is going to be. This is what you should come up with.


Step 6 - Last Step
OK now the last step is to add the text. Just write anything using possibly a white text. That would fit in the best. This is what I came up with. Good luck with your buttons.
